mmmMM ,yes well ,i'd pick neither not a big fan of modern youngs reels ,theres nothing overtly wrong with them apart from the inflated price
but if limited to just choosing between youngs models ,i'd go for the Heritage as the bj light is too open at the back for my liking but then the Heritage has a line guard and i have a habit of butchering lineguards .but out of the two the Heritage looks better .
so i'd say get a aerodex (i dont like the openess of there build ,but they're not bad reels)
the newer version of the grays beswick is rather good ,excellent casting reels much better than its predecessor .
the okumas are probably the best all round reels at this time ,i'll be fishing for the river test grayling with my "Kennet" and its re-shaped line guard in a matter of hours . but i'll also have my fred crouch "true trotter" aerial its 3 3/4" but a beautiful little reel it is.
its never easy picking just one reel (thats why i'm taking 6 for tomorrows grayling fest)
sod it just buy the Heritage ,if for nothing else its in british fishing green
