You have made it obvious to people that your in this to make as much cash as you can! Originally, it was £1000 for 1st place, but you had to fish 2 comps....strange.....now, you dont have to fish 2 comps, but you have changed the first prize to £650.
Lets do the math

Final expenditure £1000.
Heat expenditure 6 x £150 = £900
Total Exp £1900.

Heat Income( based on full attendence 24 ) 24 x £25 = £600
Heat Income x6 £3600
Final Income £600
Total Income = £4200

Profit £.....few quid.....
