Thank you all for your feed back, I never thought they were a bad company to deal with, just no address or phone, at least I couldn't find one, on their website, therefore, I was put off , and at the time it was very inconvienient to say the least, as it happens reading all your replies, I could have driven there within an hour from where I am, I'll know in the future, thanks again.
