BT Vision allows you to watch, pause and rewind live TV (from the part of the prog where you started the pause from), a bit like Sky+.
It also has a build in hard drive so you can record tv easily as well as recording a whole series. You need to have a decent digital signal and BT Broadband. My sister couldn't use her BT vision because of poor digital signal.
Had no problems with my BT vision though.
