Not sure if I consider these or your dabblers to be your trademark patterns in my eyes. I suppose the fact that two such contrasting styles are equally brilliant, in my opinion, speaks for itself.

I think they are fantastic, and the wing buds look so real and alive. I also think that it is a pleasure to see them and am really glad you posted them in such detail. Thank you.

As for motives, if anyone wants to check 'all threads started by Scratch' I think they will be obvious. I for one have been greatly encouraged, motivated and inspired by your posts. Impressed as well but that seems a secondary consideration to yourself. Keep them coming.

There a few really excellent and inspiring fly tyers on this forum who I could say the same about for exactly the same reasons. It is what makes this section of these forums so utterly brilliant.
